UNDERSTANDING THE USER
The project kicked off with understanding how brokers connect with their clients. Interviews were conducted with a set of customers who used TMACC’s existing process to better understand their needs and challenges.
The team began ideating and creating prototypes, testing each iteration with potential users. Feedback was collected and the insights helped the team understand what functions were required on the home screen and how the users expected to interact with the calculators.
TMACC decided to market the app as its own product, MOPOLO. This required the the branding to be unique but also include inspirations from the TMACC brand. The team worked closely with TMACC branding leaders to produce a clean and inviting user interface.
The application had a very successful launch to the the App Store and the Google Play Store. MOPOLO became a core pillar for TMACC’s suite of applications that followed shortly after.
